Mark and Annette very kindly drove us and our bicycles back to Adelaide yesterday. At times, the thermometer registered 48C! Peter had been to the house earlier because he had an early flight to catch, and he very thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner.
Today, we visited the eclectic collection of the South Australian Art Gallery. Our favourite was this wall of Sidney Nolan portraits in Gallery 5:
Tomorrow, we take the red-eye express to Hobart via Melbourne - bikes packed in their boxes, all checked-in, ordered the taxi for 5am.
